ONCE UPON A TIME

We are a gang of 'Kampong Boi' and 'Kampong Moi' who grew up in a beautiful small town. The town faces valley, backed with sea. It is actually farm and fishing village which majority are paddy farmers and fishermen. Yes, it is SEKINCHAN!

 

One day, these 'Kampong Boi' and 'Kampong Moi' had an idea while enjoying their lovely sunset at seaside. Sekinchan popular of its fresh seafood, fresh vege and fruits. It has wonderful paddy fields sunrise view, memorable seaside sunset scene. We must share these gifts to everyone! 

That's the moment, Bar Beach Grill was born!

 

We first started to think, how to conserve this lovely place while promoting it to the public. Finally, we rendered the 'Go Green' concept into Bar Beach Grill. We built up the table by unused pallete racks and tyres. Chairs are made up from used paint pails. Also, we re-structured and re-painted a broken fishing boat as our platform. After all, the new baby of F&B in Sekinchan emerges!

 

In order to ensure our food freshness, we will only buy and prepare the food in the morning of our business operation day. Besides, we non-stop searching on the new recipe so that we can serve our customers better. Our vision is 'to share the good one, make the good one available to everyone!'

 

By running Bar Beach Grill, we wish to bring up the new life style to Sekinchan and yet encourage people save the world by 'Go Green' habits.

我们是一群在一个很漂亮的城镇长大的甘榜仔和甘榜妹。这城镇面向山脉，背向大海，是一个平凡无奇却充满人情味的农庄和渔乡。这就是～适耕庄！

 

一天，我们一群甘榜仔和甘榜妹在海滩上欣赏着日落的美景，突然间有了个想法。适耕庄闻名于拥有丰富和新鲜的海产，蔬菜和水果。适耕庄青葱翠绿的稻田，特色十足的海滩，也是无人不知的。因此，我们必须和大家分享这上天赐予我们的礼物。此时Bar Beach Grill诞生了！

 

我们开始着想，怎样才能把这漂亮的地方推广给大家，同时可以维持这地方原本的特色。最终，我们融入了‘环保’概念。我们把没用的货架和轮胎钉成桌子，用完的油漆桶当成凳子。除此自外，我们也翻新了破旧的渔船，当成了舞台。当一切都完成之后，适耕庄餐营业的新生代诞生了！

 

为了确保食物的品质和新鲜度，Bar Beach Grill的食物都是营业当天早上采购和处理的。不但如此，为了满足顾客们的味蕾，我们也不停地寻找更创新的食谱。我们的宗旨是‘分享最好的给每一个人！‘
